TBONERACKS will ship in-stock items within 2 business days. In the event that no stock is available, you will be contacted immediately.
To ship same day Orders must be placed before 12 P.M Pacific Standard/Daylight Savings Time (PST/PDT) for Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments. Extra transit time may be required when shipping to rural route, remote, or international locations, even when shipping Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Freight charges apply to US shipments only. If shipping internationally, extra shipping charges will occur.
Returns will be accepted within a 30 day period only with TBONERACKS authorization. No returns will be accepted on non-stock or special order items. Broken package quantities and out-going freight are not credited. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a restocking charge.
Pricing is quoted based on the quantity indicated, and if such order is cancelled short of the quoted quantity and time period, the customer will be liable for cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation involving non-standard materials, colors and/or tooling, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and may be asked for immediate payment.

All claims for shortages or defective material must be made within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Parts proving defective will be replaced or credited, but no claims for labor or damages will be allowed without our written consent.
TBONERACKS reserves the right to change the quantities in its standard carton consistent with current packaging and/or shipping practices.
All contracts are subject to approval by an officer of TBONERACKS. All contracts are made contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, clerical errors or other causes beyond our control.
Unpaid invoices amounts shall constitute a lien on any merchandise ordered by customers but not yet shipped.
The uses to which our products are put solely within the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Purchaser of standard and custom parts assumes any and all liability arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of such standard or custom parts and hereby agrees to indemnify TBONERACKS for such liability.

If you are not satisfied, please immediately return the product, in the same condition it was shipped, for either a full refund or trade-in for another design.

Our product is guaranteed to be free from defective material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment, and this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any defective product. Any part proving to be defective upon inspection at the factory will be replaced. No allowance, credits or reimbursements will be made for any returned products unless authorized by TBONERACKS. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number.
F.O.B. Carlsbad, CA. All rights and titles to merchandise transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
